Kobold
Kobolds are brown upright walking creatures (they resemble bears or racoons) and they have a red bandana on their heads as well as a poison dagger.
Where to Find Them[]
You can find them next to the Mountain Village. When you exit the Mountain Village, take the path to the right. You will be confronted with a valley that contains 6 Kobolds (actually 12, because though there's only one graphic, they always fight in pairs).
You can also find them in all the stages of the forest, at all times. In all the areas they will attack in groups of anywhere from 3-5 (except for the first stage where they come in pairs). Sometimes they team up with other creatures in the forest, so be prepared.
Items/Payout/Quests[]
Sometimes after killing off Kobolds you will get their poison dagger which sells for 125 gold.
When you kil lthem you get 35 gold for each individual Kobold battled.
AKA:
2 Kobolds=70 gold
3 Kobolds=105 gold
4 Kobolds=140 gold
5 Kobolds=175 gold
One of the Quests given by the hunter is to "exterminate" 20 Kobolds (20 individuals, not 20 groups). Once you do, you will be awarded 750 gold (once you go back to the hunter in the small house in the slums), and a powerful item that is most suited to your class (which will sell for 1000 gold).
