Story[]
Holo is a wolf harvest deity originally from a place in the north known as Yoitsu. She made a promise with men from a town called Pasloe that she would ensure the town would have good wheat harvests year after year. However, as time went on, the townspeople slowly started to forsake Holo and did not rely on her as they once did. Holo, feeling unneeded, skipped town with the traveling merchant, Kraft Lawrence.
On entering the city, Lawrence is dismayed to find out that the merchandise he had on hand is worth just about nothing.
In order to recuperate his losses, and also to generate enough cash to buy new trade goods, Lawrence is forced to take a loan, leaving Holo as collateral.
His cart filled with new trade goods, Lawrence left town in high spirits, not knowing that he would not be able to find his way back ever again.
